This website is owned and operated by The Trustee For The Loaf Unit Trust (ABN 92 242 779 162) trading as LOAF Sandwiches + Catering (“LOAF”, “we”, “us”, “our”).Our trading locations are:• 89 Cronulla Street, Cronulla NSW 2230• Engadine Town Square, Engadine NSW 2233These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online ordering platform, and catering services (“Service”).By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Use of Service
By using this Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.You agree to use our Service for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Orders & Payments
All orders placed through our website, phone, email, or in-store are subject to availability and acceptance by LOAF.Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.LOAF reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including where incorrect pricing, availability issues, or operational constraints arise.

3. Cancellation, Refunds & Store Credit
Catering Orders
If you need to cancel or postpone a catering order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup or delivery may be eligible for a store credit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup or delivery are not eligible for refunds and store credit is issued at our discretion.
• Special-order items already purchased may be deducted from any store credit issued.
Product Issues
If you are unhappy with a product, you must notify LOAF by 9pm on the day of pickup or delivery. 
Store credits may be issued at our discretion following assessment.
Refunds are only issued where required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details are correct at the time of ordering, including:
• Pickup or delivery date
• Delivery address
• Contact details
• Product selections
LOAF is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect customer information.

5. Collection & Delivery
Collection
Orders must be collected from the nominated store at the agreed date and time. LOAF is not responsible for orders not collected on time.
Delivery
Delivery is performed by third-party delivery providers. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, LOAF is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.
Someone must be available to receive the delivery. If nobody is present, the order may be left at the address at the customer’s risk.

6. Food Safety & Handling
Our Responsibilities
LOAF prepares all food in accordance with NSW Food Authority standards and safe food-handling regulations.
Food is stored and transported under temperature-controlled conditions until pickup or delivery.
Customer Responsibilities
Once food is collected or delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Food must be:
• Stored below 5°C if not consumed immediately
• Consumed within 4 hours of delivery if not refrigerated
• Discarded if left outside safe temperature ranges
LOAF accepts no liability for illness or spoilage resulting from improper storage or handling after collection or delivery.

7. Allergens
LOAF's kitchen handle gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, sesame, seafood, and other allergens.
We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Customers with allergies must contact LOAF directly before ordering.
Notes left in online orders or delivery apps are not sufficient.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this risk.

8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.Where required by law, LOAF will provide remedies including refunds, replacements, or repairs for faulty goods.

9. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.You agree to notify LOAF immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, branding, images, text, and menus is the property of LOAF.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LOAF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LOAF from any loss, damage, or claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Privacy
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

15. Changes to Terms
LOAF may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
