LOAF Sandwiches + Catering (“LOAF”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing high-quality food and service. This policy outlines when refunds, returns, or store credits may be available.

Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Catering Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule a catering order:• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup or delivery may be eligible for a store credit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup or delivery are not eligible for refunds and store credit is issued at our discretion.
• Costs for special-order items already purchased may be deducted from any store credit issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order is incorrect, missing items, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Food Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with a product, you must notify LOAF by 9pm on the day of pickup or delivery.Store credits may be issued at our discretion following review.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.If your product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit as required by law.

Returns
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns of food products.

Store Credit
• Are issued at LOAF’s discretion unless required by law
• Are valid for 6 months from issue date
• Are not redeemable for cash
• Must be used in a single transaction unless otherwise approved

Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct at the time of ordering.LOAF is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect customer information.
