Shipping policy

LOAF Sandwiches + Catering
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with LOAF Sandwiches + Catering (“LOAF”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Order Fulfilment
LOAF offers both pickup and local delivery for catering and retail orders.
All orders are prepared fresh on the day of pickup or delivery.
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Pickup
Pickup is available from the following locations:
Loaf Cronulla
89 Cronulla Street, Cronulla NSW 2230
Engadine Store
55/990 Old Princes Hwy, Engadine NSW 2233
Pickup must occur at the agreed date and time selected at checkout or confirmed by our team.
LOAF is not responsible for orders that are not collected at the scheduled time.

Delivery
Delivery is available within selected local areas and is provided via third-party delivery partners.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier availability.
Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, LOAF is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.

Delivery Requirements
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
If no one is available, the order may be left at the delivery location at the customer’s risk.
LOAF is not responsible for incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.

Food Safety & Handling
All food is transported in temperature-controlled conditions until delivery.
Once delivered, responsibility for food safety transfers to the customer.
Food should be:
• Consumed immediately, or
• Refrigerated below 5°C if not being eaten straight away
LOAF is not responsible for food quality or safety after delivery.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
We will assess the issue and provide a remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Special Orders
Some catering items require advance preparation or special ordering.
If a special-order item has already been purchased on your behalf, we may withhold the cost of those items from any store credit issued.
